SC2000X is an open-source installer and patcher for SimCity 2000 (Win95). In addition to being an all-in-one solution, it's completely open source and supports multiple versions of the game. The patcher fixes the "Save-As" crash bug, which is actually a general dialog bug extending to "Load Tile Set" as well.
