Patchers

Patching is a means to make old and broken software run again on modern systems. This is achieved through reverse engineering executable files through disassembly and interactive debugging. The patchers that I create generally take the same approach which is to extend the executable file by appending a new section/segment, and then use function detours to access the new code. The new assembly code is written using the directly encoded bytes of the ISA, precluding the usage of any particular assembler.
