Application Safety

To view the validity of the code signing certificate:
Right-Click SSXLauncher.exe -> Properties -> Digital Signatures -> Details -> View Certificate

The certificate is important because SimStreetsX may be detected as a false-positive by your antivirus software or Microsoft SmartScreen.
Also remember that SimStreetsX is open source on GitHub, feel free to clone and build!

Supported Versions
Below are the original copies of the game executables which are supported; these are not patched/modified until you run SimStreetsX. As of now, it seems that there was only one version of the game ever released. This is despite the "Blue CD (1997)" versions, the "Gold CD (1998, Classics)" version, etc. It seems the only difference between these is not the games themselves but the installer. I have a "Black CD" (2000) on order, but I suspect it will be the same game as well. If you happen to have a copy of the game that's not supported, I'd be very grateful to have it.
